Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es validar la Life Crafting Scale en español mediante análisis factorial exploratorio (AFE) y confirmatorio (AFC), así como contribuir a una comprensión más profunda del life crafting (“crafteo de vida”) en el campo de la psicología positiva. Se realizó una validación del cuestionario a través de un AFE y un AFC con una muestra de 179 trabajadores. El AFE reveló tres factores: crafteo cognitivo, búsqueda de apoyo social y búsqueda de desafíos. El AFC confirmó esta estructura trifactorial y validó el instrumento para el contexto español. La muestra se limitó a trabajadores españoles, por lo que se recomienda explorar el crafteo de vida en diferentes contextos culturales. Este estudio proporciona un instrumento válido en español para evaluar el crafteo de vida, enriquece la literatura en psicología positiva y proporciona herramientas para contextos aplicados. Con ello se respalda la estructura trifactorial de la Life Crafting Scale en español, y se ofrece una herramienta útil para evaluar cómo las personas crean significado y propósito en sus vidas.
