Abstract

Recent scientific literature warns about the rise of burnout among educators and students, attributed to poor working conditions, lack of training, institutional decline, and the aftermath of the pandemic. This Dossier brings together research that addresses chronic stress from a critical and diverse perspective. It highlights studies on Mexican university students facing high levels of psychological risk, logistics sector workers affected by emotional exhaustion, and a preventive proposal using the Life Crafting Scale. The conclusion is that emotional education is key to preventing psychosocial burnout in both work and educational settings.
